At Belvedere Boutique Hotel, hospitality is deeply personal. Owners Herman and Annalien Davin live on the property, creating the warm and authentic Namibian atmosphere that makes guests feel instantly at home. Herman is actively involved in the local business community and is always happy to assist business travellers in connecting with associates and opportunities within Windhoek and beyond.

Leading the day-to-day operations is General Manager Irené van Zyl, who oversees every aspect of the guest experience — from food and beverage to reservations and operational excellence — ensuring that every stay runs seamlessly. Shetu Hedimbi manages bookings, guest relations and front office operations, while Brenda Mukuahima oversees the kitchen and laundry departments with care and attention to detail.

Our office team is always available to assist guests with travel arrangements, local recommendations, shopping destinations, restaurant bookings and insider tips to help visitors experience Windhoek like a local.

A special part of the Belvedere story is Gabriel Shifeulwa, who has been part of the Davin family for more than 20 years and continues to play an important role in creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere guests remember long after their stay. Together with Josef, Troffie, and our trusted security team, Lucas and Lazarus, the Belvedere team embodies our family-oriented “can-do” attitude, genuine hospitality and commitment to making every guest feel cared for.
